此次擴展建立在 Ripple 近期收購 Palisade 以及集成 Chainalysis 風控工具的基礎上。合規檢查已直接嵌入交易流程，進一步簡化了機構部署托管與質押服務的技術複雜度。Ripple 表示，其目標是幫助銀行和托管機構更快上線數字資產服務，同時降低運營門檻。
Ripple 總部位於美國舊金山，同時發行 XRP 代幣與 RLUSD 穩定幣。近年來，該公司持續拓展支付以外的業務版圖，涵蓋托管、財資管理與數字資產基礎設施。
