Odaily星球日报訊 加密風投機構 Hashed 旗下子公司 Hashed Open Finance 發布輕量白皮書，提出名為 Maroo 的全新 Layer1 區塊鏈概念，定位於服務韓元（KRW）穩定幣經濟。
Maroo 被設計為兼顧公鏈開放性與金融監管合規性的“主權區塊鏈”，重點強化審計性與隱私保護等金融級特性。網路交易手續費將以 KRW 穩定幣支付，以降低波動性並提升用戶參與度。Hashed Open Finance 指出，現有公鏈（如以太坊）在網路層面難以實施反洗錢與 KYC 機制，且高度透明的設計可能暴露個人及企業敏感資訊。
為此，Maroo 引入“双軌制”架構：一條“開放路徑”允許自由建立錢包並進行交易，另一條“合規路徑”則根據交易規模或場景引入身份驗證與限制。同時，其可程式化合規層（PCL）可在交易過程中自動執行額度與制裁審查，並支持隨監管變化進行更新；可驗證隱私框架則在必要的法律程序下實現選擇性資訊披露。此外，Maroo 預留了 AI 整合能力，用於認證 AI 代理、管理其權限與支出上限。
Hashed CEO Simon Kim 表示，穩定幣正成為全球金融基礎設施的重要組成部分，Maroo 旨在在尊重韓國監管環境的前提下，探索符合國際標準的技術開放路徑，為銀行、金融機構及金融科技企業提供下一代金融服務實驗基礎。
報導指出，該計畫與韓國推動 KRW 穩定幣立法的方向一致，相關規則預計將納入正在制定的《數字資產基本法》，並可能在今年一季度內敲定。（The Block）
