Odaily星球日報訊 11 月 28 日，比特幣生態服務商 UniSat 宣布在其 UTXO 管理工具中正式上線 “小於 1 sat/vB” 費率模式。該功能支持用戶在網路條件適宜時，設置小於 1 sat/vB （0.1-0.9 sat/vB） 的自定義費率，將閒置 UTXO 回收爲可用比特幣，從而降低資金回收成本。該工具可自動歸類因 brc-20 鑄造與轉移操作產生的零散 UTXO，並提供一鍵合並回收功能。以包含 500 個 UTXO（各 546 sats）的 Native SegWit 地址爲例，使用 0.1 sat/vB 費率時可實現 98.7% 的資金回收率，較 1 sat/vB 標準費率提升約 11.7 個百分點。除資產回收功能外，該 UTXO 管理工具的批量發送、拆分、解鎖、鎖定與合並等標準化操作也已同步支持低費率模式。平台同時提示，低費率交易在網路擁堵期間確認時間可能延長或一直無法確認的情況，建議用戶依據實時網路狀況靈活調整費率策略。
