UBS Raises DRAM and NAND Price Expectations Through 2027, DDR to Climb 32% in Q3

According to UBS research released on July 3, the Swiss bank raised storage chip price expectations for the second half of 2026. DDR contract prices are projected to increase 32% in Q3 (previously 17%) and 18% in Q4 (previously 12%). NAND is expected to rise 30% in Q3 and 12% in Q4, extending the strong pricing cycle into 2027.
