Polymarket Files Self-Certification to List Sports Event Parlay Contracts on May 21

According to CoinDesk, Polymarket filed self-certification with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) on Wednesday, May 21, to list sports event parlay contracts in the United States. The product combines two or more underlying sports event contracts and settles at $1 only if all specified sub-event outcomes occur; otherwise, it expires worthless. As a self-certification filing, Polymarket is notifying the CFTC of its listing plans rather than requesting approval. The listing is scheduled no earlier than May 21, 2026.
