Grayscale has filed an S-1 form for a Hyperliquid (HYPE) ETF, joining the ranks of Bitwise, 21Shares, and VanEck in competing to provide institutional investors with investment opportunities in the protocol. HYPE is currently trading at $31, with total locked value (TVL) exceeding $5 billion. Analysts point out that when multiple asset management companies submit listing applications for the same token, early pricing advantages typically have already disappeared, with returns flowing to investors who positioned themselves before the applications were submitted.
