Odaily星球日報訊 巴拉圭國家電力公司 ANDE 已與加密基礎設施企業 Morphware 簽署諒解備忘錄，計劃利用執法部門查獲的比特幣礦機啟動該國首個政府主導的比特幣挖礦試點項目。首階段將部署約 1500 台被沒收礦機，並利用當地富餘水電資源開展合規挖礦。
