Hello, the "trigger price" is only the condition to trigger the order. The actual transaction price depends on the order type placed after the trigger and the current market price and depth. You can contact our online customer service (app homepage - top left avatar - pop-up page click the top right corner 🎧 - Customer Service - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "manual" in the input box below - reply with "Transfer to human" and select the relevant issue) to provide relevant screenshots of the problem, so we can further verify and assist you.
