PANews, March 4 — According to Red Star News, 33 luxury cars seized from the Chen Zhitai Group were auctioned in Taiwan on the morning of March 2. The most eye-catching items were the so-called “Four Divine Beasts” supercars: the Bugatti “King of Pigs,” a limited edition Ferrari, the Porsche “Frog King,” and a McLaren sports car. On that day, 266 buyers participated in the auction. Within just half an hour of bidding, 10 cars were successfully sold, including a Ferrari limited to 499 units worldwide, which sold for 135 million New Taiwan Dollars (about 29 million RMB). The highly anticipated Bugatti “King of Pigs” and McLaren P1 ultimately did not sell. In total, 24 cars were auctioned that day, with total sales reaching approximately 430 million New Taiwan Dollars (about 93 million RMB).
