ChainCatcher Message: The Ministry of Public Security has announced that the “Cybercrime Prevention and Control Law (Draft for Comments)” has been drafted and is now open for public feedback. The deadline for feedback is March 2, 2026. The content includes: No individual or organization shall knowingly hide, transfer, acquire, sell on behalf of others, or otherwise conceal or disguise funds, data, or virtual network assets obtained through illegal online activities by others.
No individual or organization shall knowingly use virtual currencies or other virtual network assets obtained through illegal activities to provide fund transfer services for others.
