ChainCatcher News reports that according to Jinshi, Carson Group’s Global Macro Strategist Sonu Varghese stated that if the Fed Chair nominee is Waller, it could lead to a hawkish Federal Reserve. Although Waller has recently discussed rate cuts, if he advocates for significant cuts, he may lack credibility in convincing other members, ultimately leading to serious division within the committee and increasing market volatility in the short term.
