IPO pricing at $18 per share! Cryptocurrency custodian "BitGo" valued at over $2 billion

Cryptocurrency custody company “BitGo Holdings Inc.” announced on Wednesday that its final IPO price was $18 per share, higher than the originally expected range of $15 to $17, raising a total of $212.8 million, with the company’s valuation exceeding $2 billion. According to a statement released by BitGo, a total of 11.82 million Class A common shares are being issued, of which 11.02 million are directly issued by the company, and approximately 800,000 shares are transferred by existing shareholders. To meet strong demand, BitGo has granted the underwriters an additional 30-day over-allotment option to purchase up to 1.77 million shares. BitGo is scheduled to officially list on the NYSE on January 22, with the ticker symbol “BTGO,” and will complete the settlement on January 23 (subject to customary closing conditions). The IPO is led by Goldman Sachs and Citigroup as the bookrunners, supported by an underwriting syndicate composed of multiple international financial institutions. Industry observers note that BitGo’s pricing was higher than expected, indicating that investors are shifting from high-volatility exchanges (such as Coinbase) to more stable infrastructure stocks.
