Cyvers Alert: User mistakenly sent over $500,000 USDT to a "address poisoning" trap address

PANews January 16 News, according to Cyvers Alerts report, a “address poisoning” attack with a total amount of approximately $509,000 USDT was systemically detected. The victim initially intended to transfer funds to address 0xe842…D3E6F but mistakenly sent the funds to a forged address 0xe842…f3e6F due to the very similar case sensitivity at the end of the address. After an initial mistaken transfer of 5,000 USDT, another transfer of 509,000 USDT was made within two minutes. Cyvers reminds users to stay vigilant and beware of fake address scams.
