Chainalysis: By 2025, crypto scams will have stolen $17 billion, with impersonation and artificial intelligence as the main methods

ChainCatcher News reports that, according to CoinDesk, cryptocurrency analysis firm Chainalysis stated in its latest report that crypto losses due to scams and fraud could reach up to $17 billion by 2025.

Among them, impersonation scams have seen a 1400% year-over-year increase, and AI-assisted scams are 4.5 times more profitable than traditional scams.
