U.S. stocks open, Dow Jones down 113 points, S&P 500 index down 0.44%

ChainCatcher News reports that, according to Jinshi, the US stock market opened with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 113 points, the S&P 500 index falling by 0.44%, and the Nasdaq Composite Index dropping 0.6%. Some leading tech stocks declined, with AMD stock down 1.7% and Broadcom down 1.3%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index fell 0.13%, and Ctrip’s stock price plummeted 17%.
