Odaily Planet Daily News: Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark announced that it has reached a final agreement to acquire up to 447 acres of land in Brazoria County, Texas, and has signed a long-term transmission infrastructure expansion agreement. This move will enable the company to develop a large-scale data center project with a total capacity of 600 MW. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, subject to multiple conditions including utility company and real estate-related approvals. The project aims to support the development of large-scale next-generation data center campuses focused on artificial intelligence and high-performance computing workloads. (PRNewswire)
