Techub News reports that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has issued three separate filings to extend the decision deadlines regarding the listing of Canary Pudgy Penguins (PENGU) on the Cboe BZX and the listing of the T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF on NYSE Arca.

Meanwhile, the NYSE American has submitted a rule change proposal to introduce standardized options for the Grayscale CoinDesk Crypto 5 ETF. This fund tracks an index of five large-cap digital assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Solana, and Cardano. The application has entered the public comment period, allowing market participants to express their views on whether the ETF options listing complies with the standards of the Securities Act regarding fair and orderly markets and the prevention of fraud and manipulation.
