OpenVPP is accused of false advertising in collaboration with the U.S. government, SEC commissioner clarifies no involvement.

PANews reported on September 17 that on-chain detective ZachXBT tweeted that OpenVPP ($OVPP) claimed this week to be collaborating with the U.S. government to promote energy tokenization. Several opinion leaders in the crypto field participated in promoting the project, and the related accounts were questioned as being part of the usual “influencer” camp.
