The Blindfolded Giant Whale Shorted Exactly 16 Altcoins, Achieved Incredible Profit!
According to on-chain analyses, a crypto coin whale with the address starting with “0xa31” has shorted a total of 16 altcoins, primarily ETH, PEPE, and DOGE, through the Hyperliquid platform since June 12.
The total position size of the whale is at 57.5 million dollars. As of now, 14 out of 16 short positions are in profit, and a total of 3.56 million dollars in unrealized profit has been achieved.
Especially DOGE and XRP positions are attracting attention:
- Profit obtained from the DOGE short position: 2.49 million dollars
- Profit from the XRP short position: 1.41 million dollars
However, the whale’s short position in HYPE token currently appears to have a loss of 3.19 million dollars, and this position stands out as the largest loss.
In the last three days, the revenue generated from funding fees alone reached a serious amount of 2.275 million dollars.
