According to The Block, Zama, an FHE (Fully Homomorphic Encryption) privacy technology company, acquired TokenOps, an enterprise-grade token lifecycle management platform, on May 20. The acquisition brings encrypted token distribution capabilities to vesting, airdrops, and equity management scenarios. TokenOps has processed over $2 billion in token distributions. The technology allows token issuers to encrypt on-chain allocation data, release curves, and recipient addresses under the ERC-7984 confidential token standard, reducing information leakage and front-running risks. The encrypted vesting solution is already deployed in institutional token distributions for KAIO and Zama's own ZAMA token.
