U.S. Stock Futures Rise Early Monday as Nasdaq Futures Gain 0.7%, Led by LMT on Defense Systems

Early Monday, U.S. stock futures climbed as investors rebounded from last week's losses, with Nasdaq futures rising 0.7%, S&P 500 futures gaining 0.35%, and Dow futures up 0.3% as of 06:00 am ET. Lockheed Martin (LMT) stock rose in premarket trading after unveiling two new defense systems to strengthen counter-drone and missile defense capabilities, including MORFIUS X-Rotor and PAC-3 ACE interceptor.

Oil stocks including Occidental (OXY), Exxon (XOM), and Chevron (CVX) advanced as crude prices remained elevated over Middle East tensions. Brent crude futures traded at $82.5 per barrel, down 0.5% but near its highest level in over a month.
