According to Jin10, U.S. Vice President Vance said on Thursday that the United States and Iran have not reached an agreement but are close to a deal. Vance stated the U.S. currently has the capability to significantly delay Iran's nuclear program. Earlier, sources reported the two sides reached a tentative agreement on Thursday to extend a ceasefire and lift shipping restrictions in the Strait of Hormuz, pending President Trump's approval. Vance expressed cautious optimism, saying "I cannot guarantee an agreement will be reached, but I feel quite optimistic at this point."
