According to Israeli i24News reporter Amichai Stein, citing a source, Iran's Supreme Leader Mostafa Khamenei has not yet approved the Iran-U.S. memorandum of understanding as of May 28. Currently, a consensus may exist only between Iran's Foreign Minister Araghchi, Parliament Speaker Kalibaff, and U.S. Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff and his team, but Iran's top leadership and final decision-makers have not given their approval.
