GateNews
According to the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry, the death toll from Ukrainian drone strikes on May 23 has risen to 12 people. On May 22, Pasechnik, the Russia-appointed administrator of Luhansk region, said Ukrainian military drones attacked teaching buildings and dormitories of Starobelsk Professional College during the night. The facility housed 86 minors aged 14 to 18 at the time of the strike. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that no military or special facilities were located near the attacked college and said there was no evidence the drones were off-target due to being shot down or losing course.
