Two-Year U.S. TIPS Yield Rises 77 Basis Points in June; Two-Year Treasuries Up 35bp in Q2

On June 30, two-year U.S. Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS) yield surged 5.10 basis points, reaching a daily high of 2.1487%, with a June gain of 77.59 basis points and a Q2 gain of 160.12 basis points. Two-year nominal Treasury yield rose 4.11 basis points to 4.1455%, up 35.25 basis points for the quarter. The 10-year Treasury yield climbed 5.72 basis points to 4.4316%, while the 30-year yield advanced 5.63 basis points to 4.9193%. The 2/10-year yield curve steepened 1.814 basis points to positive 28.401 basis points.
