Deutsche Bank Raises 2-Year and 10-Year U.S. Treasury Yield Forecasts to 4.30% and 4.80%

According to Deutsche Bank, on June 30, the bank's rate strategists raised their year-end forecasts for U.S. Treasury yields. The 2-year yield is now projected at 4.30%, up 35 basis points from the prior forecast, while the 10-year yield is expected at 4.80%, an increase of 10 basis points. The revision reflects the bank's view that the Federal Reserve will raise rates twice this year, by 25 basis points each.
