Three Indian Oil Tankers Transit Strait of Hormuz Carrying 860,000 Tons of Crude, Says Shipping Minister

According to Indian Shipping Minister Sarbabandu Sonowal, three Indian-flagged oil tankers—Desh Vaibhav, Desh Vibhor, and Sanmar Herald—safely transited the Strait of Hormuz on Saturday (June 21). The vessels collectively carry over 860,000 tons of petroleum and have 94 Indian crew members aboard, Sonowal stated on social media.
