Nex Exposes Rio 3.5 as 0.6/0.4 Nex-Qwen Weight Merge on June 14

According to Nex-AGI, on June 14, the AI company published a mathematical proof showing that Rio de Janeiro's Rio 3.5 Open 397B—released June 13 and claimed to be a government-built frontier model—is a direct weight merge of 60% Nex N2 Pro and 40% Qwen 3.5 base model. Nex measured collinearity across all 60 network layers, scoring 0.993, and verified the 0.6/0.4 mixing ratio to three decimal places. IplanRIO subsequently updated the Hugging Face model card, credited Nex, withdrew benchmark claims, and blamed an "incorrect upload" of an unfinished distilled version.
