Iran and US Agree to Ensure Lebanon's Territorial Integrity on June 22

According to Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, Iran and the US agreed on June 22 to establish a mechanism ensuring Lebanon's territorial integrity and national sovereignty. The agreement came after talks held June 21-22 in Verbier, Switzerland, where Lebanon was listed as a priority issue. Kalibaev stated that under the agreed framework, both sides must simultaneously uphold these principles, which are "mandatory to observe."
