IngeniaTherapeutics Opens IPO at 12,000-14,500 KRW, Targets August 18 Listing

According to the financial investment industry, IngeniaTherapeutics, an antibody drug development biotech company, will open its public offering to retail investors on July 30-31 at a price range of 12,000-14,500 Korean won per share. The offering is managed by Samsung Securities. Based on this pricing, the expected fundraising amount is 60-72.5 billion won, with an anticipated market capitalization of 593.3-716.9 billion won. The company, founded in Boston in 2018, develops antibodies targeting damaged microvessels and retinal diseases. Its lead candidate, IGT-427, was licensed to UK biotech firm iBio for over 1 trillion won in 2022; iBio was subsequently acquired by U.S. pharmaceutical company MSD. The company targets a Kosdaq listing on August 18.
