Medical Display Maker D&I Valued at Up to 500B Won, 3x Jump Since 2024 Acquisition

According to E-Daily, Highland EP-held South Korean medical display maker D&I is seeking buyers with an expected valuation of 450-500 billion won, nearly triple its 172.7 billion won acquisition price in July 2024. The preliminary bid process attracted over five private equity firms including Skylake Equity Partners and Eum Private Equity. The company is projected to generate approximately 450 billion won in EBITDA for 2026, translating to a valuation multiple of roughly 10-11x. D&I manufactures medical-grade monitors for surgical rooms and imaging systems, and has expanded into gaming and marine display applications.
