Gorich Hydrogen Energy Signs 100MW Energy Solutions Agreement with Thai Partner on May 26

According to Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing, on May 26, Gorich Hydrogen Energy signed an integrated energy solutions agreement with CEWA (Charoen Pokphand Energy and Water Asia) and its associate Hydro Data Limited. The parties aim to develop Thailand and Southeast Asia markets, focusing on hydrogen power generation systems for data centers and related electricity procurement.

Under the agreement, CEWA will identify potential data center projects, Hydro Data will provide customized technical solutions, and Gorich will supply power generation equipment. A 3MW pilot project in Rayong, Thailand will serve as a demonstration for CEWA's planned 100MW integrated energy system within its regional data center investment.
