Europe's STOXX 600 index fell 0.12% to close at 636.35 points today, marking its second consecutive trading day below closing record highs, though it gained about 0.5% for the week. The STOXX 50, tracking eurozone blue-chips, declined 0.16% to 6,313.37 points and also retreated from its closing peak, with weekly gains of approximately 2%.
