Cuba Accuses U.S. of Fabricating False Documents on May 17; Axios Reports 300+ Military Drones

According to Jin10 Data, on May 17, Cuba’s Foreign Minister Rodriguez accused the U.S. government of fabricating false documents to justify tightening sanctions and possible military aggression against Cuba. Earlier that day, Axios cited U.S. classified intelligence reports claiming Cuba’s military acquired more than 300 military drones with assistance from Russia and Iran, and had recently begun discussing potential strikes against Guantanamo Bay, U.S. naval vessels, and Key West, Florida.
