CBOT Soybean Futures Close 0.9% Higher on Wednesday, First Gain in 9 Trading Days

According to Jin10 Futures, on Wednesday (June 10), CBOT soybean futures closed 0.9% higher, marking the first gain in nine trading days amid active short covering ahead of supply and demand data.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture will release its June supply and demand report on Thursday. Analysts surveyed by the Wall Street Journal estimate 2026/27 U.S. soybean production at 4.435 billion bushels, unchanged from May and marking the second-highest on record. Projected 2025/26 year-end stocks average 336 million bushels, slightly below May's estimate of 340 million bushels.
