GateNews
According to Securities Daily, 22 Hong Kong-listed companies have been delisted as of May 24, 2026, comprising 13 companies that had their listing status cancelled and 9 that were delisted through privatization. This represents a slight decline compared to the same period last year. Additionally, 72 companies remain suspended for over three months, including 60 on the Main Board and 12 on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM). These long-term suspended companies risk forced delisting if they fail to submit remedial materials within the specified period.
