Momentum (MMT) is an operating system for global finance engineered to facilitate the free exchange of all assets, for everyone, everywhere. As traditional finance and crypto converge, compliance is critical for institutional adoption. Momentum X was created as an integrated trading and compliance infrastructure, featuring identity verification, KYC/AML, and cross-chain asset management to underpin RWA tokenization and institutional-grade trading. Key features include:
- Single KYC, global access: Users complete KYC once and can transact across protocols and blockchains.
- On-chain regulatory enforcement: Regulatory logic is executed directly on-chain via Sui’s Seal programmable access control, eliminating the need for centralized intermediaries.
- Integrated zero-knowledge identity (ZK-ID): User data remains private yet fully verifiable, balancing privacy and regulatory requirements.

MMT Tokenomics
MMT is the native governance and incentive token for the Momentum ecosystem, with a total supply of 1 billion (1,000,000,000 MMT). At the Token Generation Event (TGE), approximately 204 million (20.41%) will be in circulation, ensuring liquidity and stable governance over the long term.

- Bonding & veMMT Model:
MMT uses a vote-escrow system, allowing users to lock MMT for veMMT—the longer the lock, the higher the voting weight. veMMT confers governance and revenue-sharing rights, incentivizing long-term engagement and community-driven governance. - Governance Participation:
veMMT holders vote on protocol upgrades, parameter changes, reward allocation, and new product launches—enabling genuine decentralized governance. - Community Incentives & Privileges:

- Community & Ecosystem Incentives (42.72%): Reserved for liquidity rewards, community growth, events, and RWA adoption, driving ecosystem expansion and market depth.
- Investors & Early Supporters (24.78%): Allocated to strategic partners and initial backers, with a minimum one-year lock-up for enduring commitment and market stability.
- Team & Core Developers (18%): For founders and developers, released linearly over four years to promote ongoing contributions and governance.
