Gate News message, April 26 — South Korean HR platform Worxphere has rebranded JobKorea as it transitions from traditional online job boards to AI-driven hiring solutions. The company is consolidating services including JobKorea and Albamon into a unified platform covering permanent employment, gig work, and foreign worker recruitment.
Worxphere’s system builds dynamic worker profiles using user data, activity logs, and portfolio files through proprietary technologies called Career Genome and Context Link. Rather than relying on static resume keywords, the AI creates profiles with thousands of weighted attributes that evolve over time. The company also launched AI agents—Career Agent and Talent Agent—scheduled for initial release this year. Following AI enhancements deployed in January, Worxphere reported clickthrough rates on recommended posts surged 298% for JobKorea and 158% for Albamon. CEO Yoon Hyun-jun stated the company aims to capture over 60% of South Korea’s online HR market.
Worxphere’s approach reflects a broader industry shift from single AI tools to multi-agent systems that automate complex workflows. AWS reported productivity gains of 50% to 85% with linked specialist agents. The application extends beyond recruitment; South Korean chemicals company LG Chem uses AI for employee skill assessment and personalized learning recommendations, signaling how AI agents may expand across the professional lifecycle from job search to career development.
