Gate News-Mitteilung, 16. April — Soluna Holdings, ein an der Nasdaq gelisteter Entwickler grüner Rechenzentren für Bitcoin-Mining und rechenintensive KI-Anwendungen, gab die Akquisition von Project Dorothy 1A (D1A)-Beteiligungen von Spring Lane Capital für 16,5 Millionen US-Dollar bekannt und erreichte damit 100% Eigentümerschaft am KI-Computing-Komplex.

Zuvor in diesem Monat schloss Soluna die Akquisition des Windparks Briscoe für $53 Millionen ab. Das Unternehmen plant, die Umwandlung hin zu einem umfassenden Recheninfrastruktur-Knotenpunkt zu beschleunigen, der sich auf KI-Computing konzentriert.
