Laut ChainCatcher hat Oman offiziell einen nationalen Bitcoin-Mining-Pool gestartet und verlangt, dass alle lizenzierten inländischen Krypto-Miner sich mit dem einheitlichen Pool verbinden. Das Projekt wird vom Ministerium für Verkehr, Kommunikation und Informationstechnologie Oman's geleitet. Die anfängliche Ziel-Hashrate liegt bei 10 EH/s.
