Quellen, die mit den Verhandlungen nahestehen, gaben an, dass die Straße von Hormus geschlossen bleibt, sofern die Waffenstillstandsvereinbarung für Libanon eingehalten und die Ausnahmegenehmigung für Irans ÖL-Verkäufe genehmigt wird.
