目前的狀態，從一小時盤面來看，690關鍵支撐位企穩，形成「下探—反彈—回踩確認」的短線多頭結構，短期反彈動能初步釋放；上方713—716區間為密集成交區，同時疊加布林帶上軌壓制，短線上行阻力集中。重點需要關注713-716這裡的阻力位置，突破站穩，會繼續上攻723-730。
MA7、MA14均線同步拐頭向上，價格穩穩站在MA7（70200）上方，短期多頭主導日內走勢；MA20（70800）成為日內強弱分水嶺，站穩則延續短線強勢，跌破則重回震盪整理。

Above EMA7, but the 50/200-day moving averages remain pointing downward, with the macro trend maintaining bearish bias unchanged.
MACD contracting significantly with limited rebound momentum, need to be cautious of a second test of the bottom!
