PANews 2月27日消息，据NEWSPIM报道，Focus AI宣布完成對釜山數字資產交易所的收購餘款支付。Focus AI最終獲得40.61%的股份，正式成為其最大股東並取得經營權。釜山數字資產交易所是韓國首個RWA代幣化交易所，目前支持金、銀、鉑等7種貴金屬實物資產的23小時數字化交易。其參與的KDX聯盟近期獲得了韓國金融服務委員會（FSC）頒發的首個STO場外證券交易經紀業務初步許可。Focus AI計劃通過此次收購，將AI、支付、穩定幣及電子錢包技術相結合，構建Web3支付平台基礎設施，並推動RWA和STO業務的發展。
