Odaily Star Daily News: Ripple will launch a new token standard MPT on the XRP Ledger this month to enhance its support for real-world assets (RWA). Jasmine Cooper, the product manager of Ripple’s Decentralized Finance, explained that MPT is designed specifically for RWA and can store metadata directly with the asset.
