The market does not lie... but it also doesn't tell the full truth.

Yes, negative funding rates (Negative Funding Rates) and weak trading volumes in Bitcoin give a clear impression: the market is still bearish... or at least hasn't recovered yet.

And this is not a foolish opinion.

But... something has changed.

In April, we started to see a shift in the “flow of funds” (Flow Picture). More importantly, this shift came earlier than we've seen in previous cycles.

And here lies the real difference.

Because the market doesn't move solely based on trend... but based on who is buying.

There is a fundamental difference between:
- An investor who enters early and quietly accumulates
- And an investor who chases the price after it starts rising

The first creates wealth... the second chases it.

For a long time, it was believed that the only institutional buyer was MicroStrategy.

But on-chain data (On-chain) tells a completely different story.

There are new buyers... entering silently... but with weight.

And when we put these signals alongside “regime change” indicators (Regime Indicators) — which historically distinguish between:
- A true bull market
- And a temporary rebound within a bear market

We begin to see a completely different picture.

It's not noise.

But the beginning of a new structure.

The question is not: Is the market bullish now?

The real question is:
Do you understand which phase of the cycle we are in?

Because answering this question... is what makes the difference between those who enter early... and those who enter late...
