Trump has gone to the Caucasus to build again, this time in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, a 70-story skyscraper.

Eric Trump said he wants to bring the "Excellence Standard" to Georgia. This building will be the tallest in the area, featuring luxury residences, shopping malls, and hotels, all designed by the globally renowned Gensler firm.
The partners are Georgia's local Arche Group and Biorgali Living Company, with even New York's Sapiro Group investing shares. It is expected to be completed by 2028.

In fact, Trump has had his eyes on Georgia for quite some time. As early as 2011, his company signed an agreement with the local Silk Road Group to build a Trump Tower in Tbilisi and the seaside city of Batumi.
In 2012, Trump even flew to Georgia to promote the Batumi project with then-President Saakashvili, claiming he wanted to turn it into "the Monte Carlo of the Caucasus." Unfortunately, that year Saakashvili's party lost the election, and the new government immediately turned hostile, causing the project to fall through.

Now, Trump's return to Georgia is very strategic. Since his second term, his overseas business has skyrocketed, expanding into the Middle East, Vietnam, India, and more, with annual overseas franchise fees approaching $50 million.
While serving as president, his family business has been thriving globally, but criticism has never stopped.
