DEAPCAP

Down by 52%. Now trading at N5.4/share. Hit an ATH of N11.45/share. The company is undergoing structural changes and also pivoting into the financing of critical minerals. Also, the company changed its name.
The company did some deals which involved share reconstruction to key investors. I purposely marked the amount of money the key investors will be getting the shares at N0.82/share. Please remember that this company now has some serious dilutions. Does this mean that the share price falls to N0.82/share? The answer is no. Because the key investors are bringing money into the firm, it doesn't mean they should sell.
What do I see?
1. Either we reclaim the demand zone of N6.2-N6.5, now turned into a supply zone
, or
2. We drop to the N4.51/share and consolidate for some time
This is a multiverse playbook - (I mean the share price movement )
Also, I will not wait for that structure you all are waiting for. I will play this the TA way also. I do not expect us to lose the N4.51/share; if we do, it means we drop to the N1.57-N2.01 per share, and why do I say I do not see this
1. The company is not doing an overall share reconstruction
2. They made their plans clear
I could be wrong
