$BTC pressing under a low ceiling, pushes up keep getting handed back

Price sitting mid-band but every lift into the overhead strip stalls fast, wicks stacking on top with no real travel after. The last few pushes feel thinner… brief pop then just fades back into the same pocket, volume shows up but nothing extends. I’m holding here, not adding, just letting it lean while this area keeps getting tapped. If it starts to sit and accept above that cap without getting pushed back, idea is wrong.
