Wu said that Jack Dorsey's Bitcoin at Block announced it will launch the Bitcoin "faucet" page btcday on April 6. The related funds are provided by Block's Bitcoin treasury, approximately 15 BTC. Block currently holds a total of 8,883 BTC. This is the first similar public giveaway activity since the early Bitcoin Faucet in 2010, after 16 years. However, some community developers discovered a suspected launch page in advance through a public CDN path, indicating that the event may be more focused on promoting Block's Bitkey wallet and Cash App.
