I am satisfied with the support all the time, although sometimes I have to wait 10-15 minutes for a response. Separately, I want to note the availability of lending and cloud mining, but I haven't used these services yet. The downside is that there is no fiat support; all transactions are in crypto, which is not always convenient for quick transfers.
